Magdalena is the Managing Partner and the owner of Heyden Lloyd. Magdalena has a long-term experience in realization of executive search, consulting and recruitment projects in the insurance sector in Europe.

Before she started her career in recruitment she worked in banking, managing a branch of one of the biggest retail banks in Poland. Then she moved to Professional Services, working as a Management Consultant in a major Swedish HR recruitment consultancy, where she was also involved in Assessment Centres and Management Audits. In 2006 Magdalena took up a position as a Senior Consultant in a search company in Warsaw, where she soon became Branch Manager with responsibility for CEE. In 2008 she was promoted to the position of a Managing Director Europe in Edison Morgan, a London based international executive search company specialising in the insurance sector. In 2009 Magdalena founded Heyden Lloyd and continued her business activity in a partnership, initially with Edison Morgan and then, after its restructuring, with Carlton Hodges until 2017.
